 Is there a way to make an item in a watchlist a different color (either the font or background) than the other items in the watchlist?

 If you right-click on the Watchlist Column Header and select Edit Column, you can adjust the Foreground and Background Colors of the Column and even set the Watchlist Column to use different colors for negative values.

Customize the Information Displayed in the WatchList

I do not know of a way to customize the colors for individual symbols beyond using different colors for negative values however.
