(C - C1)/ C1 * 100 > 1 AND V > V1 =is for price to be up 1% on increased volume

(C-C1)/C1<(-0.01) AND V>V1 = is for price to be down 1% on increased volume

(C-C1)/C1<(-0.02) AND V>V1 = is for pice to be down 2% on increased volume

(C - C1)/ C1 * 100 > 2 AND V > V1 = is for price to be up 2% on increased volume

Thank You

Basically, yes.  Here is a full description and small cleanup:

(C - C1)/ C1 > .01 AND V > V1 =is for price to be up MORE THAN 1% on increased volume

(C-C1)/C1<(-0.01) AND V>V1 = is for price to be down 1% MORE THAN on increased volume

(C-C1)/C1<(-0.02) AND V>V1 = is for pice to be down MORE THAN 2% on increased volume

(C - C1)/ C1> .02 AND V > V1 = is for price to be up  MORE THAN 2%on increased volume
