Hi,
Telechart has a watch list for ETFs, so they are easy to find. But now there are a number of ETNs (exchange traded notes) like JJG, COW, or GAZ. Is there a way to isolate or find those in Telechart?

TeleChart does not currently have an Exchange Traded Notes (ETN) System Watchlist. You can use the Company Name Search feature to search for ETN however (select Jump | Company Name Search | ETN | Search). This will bring up a few symbols that are not ETNs, but could help with the creation of a Personal Watchlist.

thanks, that will work. Do you happen to know if the ETNs trade just like ETFs, i.e. can be bought and sold anytime?

The trainers can't give setting, interpretation or investment advice. My understanding is, despite other significant differences, ETNs trade just like ETFs. That said, I have not invested in ETNs and do not have any first hand experience with them.
