outside day with a down close followed by an inside day

The following uses definitions of outside day and inside day where both the body is compared to the body and the entire range is compared to the entire range (there are other definitions).

L1 < LEAST(L, L2) AND GREATEST(H, H2) < H1 AND C1 < LEAST(O, C, O2, C2) AND GREATEST(O, C, O2, C2) < O1
