Im new to building scanning set-ups. I can't seem to figure out how to scan for stocks hitting high of day? 

Also does TC2000 scan premarket trading. I'd love to be able to scan for pre-market gappers. 

I realized this is probably pretty basic for most of you. any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

TC2000 does not have pre-market scanning.

It is not possible to create an intraday formula to check of the high of the current intraday bar is the high of the current trading day. You can however create a formula in a daily time frame to check if the current price is the high of the day.
