hi. what is the best way to find at least 3 bar pullback on the 15 minute time frame. i want to get alert once a new 15min high is being made from at least a minimum of 3 or 4 bar pullback. thanks. examples of this today are EB, VNDA, HGV, TER, FND.

If I am understanding your question, there isn't a good way to do this. We can detect a 3-bar pullback.

CountTrue(C < C1, 3) = 3

But there isn't a good way to check for a 3-bar pullback in the trading day so far and there isn't a good way to check for the current 15-minute bar making a new high for the current trading day.

The reason is that there isn't a good way to determine the number of bars in the trdaing day so far in an intraday time frame.
