I would like to have a PCF Formula with the signal on the price => of the Pivot Point R3.

Pleaes try the following daily condition formula.
C >= (5 * H1 - 4 * L1 + 2 * C1) / 3

The formula does not generate signals => of R3. Generate signals on incorrect prices, <of R2 and <R1!
Regardless of the open position, the formula must signal when today's price is => at Resistance R3

I would appreciate the modification of the following formula with the signal when the value expressed in numbers is reached
(5 * H1 - 4 * L1 + 2 * C1) / 3

The formula differs from the fact that today's price signal is not generated at the touch or exceedance of today's R3 resistance.

It definitely returns true if and only if the current price is at or above R3 as it is already written in the post. I do not know how this differs from what you want.
The only thing I can think of is that you might want to return true if price was at or above R3 at any point during the trading day instead of just checking the current price?
