Back from vacation and back to coding. 

Question: is there a quick way in PCF to determine if the stock market is open?   I find that the daily signals are questionable for open stock markets.

No, there isn't a way to for a PCF to determine if the stock market is open, what time of day it is, or the time of day when any particular intraday bar opned or closed.
