I would like a PCF Formula with the following parameter:
 
MACD 1 - 6 - 1 Crossing Up value zero line cut.

Assuming you are interested in an exponential MACD 1, 6 crossing up through zero.

XUP(MACD1.6, 0)

Or:

XUP(C, XAVGC6)
