I would like the verification and eventually the correction of the following formula to highlight the titles with the opening today to 30 minutes from the close of the Markets => of the closing of yesterday.
O => C1

I do not know what that means. If you mean the open is above the previous close.
O >= C1
If you mean price has not yet fallen below yesterday's close.
L >= C1
If you mean something else, I unfortunately don't even have another gues at this point. I would need some additional clarification as to the actual intent of the request.

I would appreciate the modification of the present formula to select today the titles with the opening of yesterday greater than the closing of the previous day.
O > = C1

You would add one to all of the bars ago parameters. So just checking the open would be the following.
O1 >= C2
And making sure price never crossed below would be the following.
L1 >= C2
