Please try the following condition formula.
XUP(C, BBTOP(5, 10))
Or possibly (the 1 / 20 is in place of .05):
XUP(C, BBTOP(1 / 20, 10))
Not sure exactly what he 05 width setting is supposed to mean in your request.
