I am going to interpret this based on the image as the current price bar being intersected by the midpoint of the jump up day with the jump up day having close more than 3% above the previous close (the low is only 1.67% above the previous high and the close is only 3.46% above the previous close on the day in question). The jump day must have been from 10 to 20 bars ago.
