I would like to have a PCF Formula with the Stop sign on the highest price today.

I have no idea what you mean by the stop sign, but a daily formula for the high of the current trading day is just the following.

The formula H returns the maximum value odirno, I would like the signal on this maximum value.

So what? The current price is the high? If so, then try the following formula using a daily time frame.

The formula generates the signal on the current quotation.
Right now:
Symbolo HBIO $ 4.43 - Maximum $ 4.60 - No signal on the maximum !
Symbolo AGLE $ 10.75 - Maximum $ 11 - No signal on the maximum !

Do you have the time frame of the formula set to daily?
The formula should only return true when the current price is the high of the bar. If the time frame of the formula is set to daily, then the high of the day would be the high of the bar.

Yes, Daily chart.
The maximum signal should occur after the retrace = <1% from the maximum of the quotation

So you want a signal when price as at least 1% below the high?
100 * C <= 99 * H
