Should Xavg  be from the date of the first data signal to begin ?
 
 
Are there any other average parameters?

I am not sure what you are asking. The exponential moving average is going to use all of the data on the chart for its calculation. It will not start on the left edge of the chart because the algorithm used requires some data to initialize the series (I think it uses a simple moving average for this on the chart in TC2000).
