How to open nine stocks with cycle window at the same time, and as a boot initial state?

I am not quite sure what you mean ba a "cycle window" but there are a variety of options to have nine stocks up at the same time.

You can use the Comparison Overlay feature in the price pane.

You can add the the extra symbols as their own indicators on the chart.

You can have separate charts for each symbol with the symbol linking icons either set to a different color for each chart or to gray (for not linked).
