Is it possible to compute the smallest n (up to 270) such that havg(w,n) is decreasing?

Oh... For example, if    havg(c,3) and havg(c,7) and havg(c,10) are descreasing

and all the other havg(c,n) are increasing the result would be   (3+7+10)/3 = 6.3333

I would be interested in the linear weighted average of    havg(c,n) - havg(c.1,n) 

for n from 2 to 200, where each  slope is weighted by   1/(c-havg(c,n)) squared .

So do you want both linear weight(we would call this front weighted in TC200) and 1/(C-HAVG(c,n)) squared weighting in the same formula?

where w (i) =  (1/(hull(i) - c) squared. .  For the record, I believe formula may work better without the hull2.
