I just converted my Gold servie to real time data. Why does it not have real time prices premarket?

Please shut down and restart TC2000 and check the following settings.

How to View Pre- and Post-Market Data

If that does not resolve the issue, please contact technical support.

Thanks for the reply. I looked and it was alrady checked. I turned it off and back on and still prices are not updating before the open. I will call today, thanks
