Hello. I found this trend indicator in the forums. What are the values? What are they referring to?
What is the calcuation saying, in general?
207945 / 5324 * XAVGC6 + 21 / 4 * XAVG(XAVGC8,8) + 96 / 121 * XAVG(XAVGC17,17) + 4905 / 484 * XAVG(XAVGC6,6) - 217 / 4 * XAVGC8 - 1312 / 1331 * XAVGC17

That formula is calculating a DEMA MACD 8,17,6 trigger line. So it is the 6 period double exponential moving average of the DEMA MACD 8,17. The DEMA MACD 8,17 is is the 8 period double exponential moving average minus the 17 period double exponential moving average.
