how to create a condition that the price.high is above moving average of price highs of the last 10 bars? Thank you,

If the last 10 bars includes the current bar.

If Price.High > Price.AVGH(10) Then Pass

If the last 10 bars excludes the current bar.

If Price.High > Price.AVGH(10, 1) Then Pass
