Hello Bruce.
I am wondering if it was possible to first create a very simple indicator:
the percentage of the distance of the 20 MA.
Let me explain. I woud like to create an indicator that showed me in % the distance of the price related to the 20 ma. I would also like to insert +30% line in the indicator to show if the price is more than 30 distant of the 20 ma it should be "over bought" or oversold.
Then, if possible to create a scan condition that would show me when stocks are over 30% distant from the 20 MA.

We just sent you a chart with the indicator you requested via TCMail. Click Tools > TCMail to retrieve it.
To scan, just click on the name of the indicator "Price % Distance from MA" and select Create Scan Condition. Set the Condition to Greater Than and the value to 30.
