I activated my service on web site but when I try to open TC2000 v 7 it says - you must have active telechart to sign in please activate service online.

i already activated service on;ine.

You activated TC2000 Silver. This service is only available in TC2000 version 16.  You can download version 16 at www.TC2000.com.  Version 7 will not run with Silver.

I do not want TC2000 v 16 - how do I start over with v7 - Im working with NVOWS  staff and I need 7

You would need to get at least TC2000 Gold in order to use TC2000 v7. You can contact our sales department at 1-800-776-4940 to set up TC2000 Gold service.

TC2000 Gold will give you access to both TC2000 v7 and TC2000 v16.
