Hi Bruce ,looking for price to be 35 to 70% from the low of the H-L price rande of the past 50 bars..and also one for              price to be 35 to 70% from the high of the H-L price range  of the past 50 bars

I'm guessing you mean as a percentage of the range? If so, 35 to 70% of the range from the low would be as follows.

35 <= STOC50 AND STOC50 <= 70

And 35 to 70% of the range from the high would be as follows.

30 <= STOC50 AND STOC50 <= 65

But if you actually mean that price is between 35 and 70% above the low of the most recent 50 bars.

1.3 * MINL50 <= C AND C <= 1.65 * MINL50

And price is between 35 and 70% below the high of the most recent 50 bars.

.35 * MAXH50 <= C AND C <= .7 * MAXH50
