I'm looking to develop a scan for charts that trade into new sort term price high, above 10 day moving average on higher volume.

A good example is NETE onuly 30th around 3:15 p.m. (on 5 minute chart)

The following Condition Formula is daily, but it would have have caught NETE on July 30th (although I'm not sure at what time of day it would have started passing).

C > AVGC10 AND C1 <= AVGC10.1 AND V > 4 * AVGV10.1
