Please try the following Personal Criteria Formula.

(AVG(RSI30.21,21) + AVG(RSI30.21.1,21) + AVG(RSI30.21.2,21) + AVG(RSI30.21.3,21) + AVG(RSI30.21.4,21) + AVG(RSI30.21.5,21)) / 6
