Bruce,

Can you create RealCode for me that would check for price making new lows one or more days during the last 15 days and the new low test period would be say 50 days.  Did a search, but did not find any previous code for this.

Thanks,

Ed

You really don't need RealCode for this. You can right-click on Price History and select Create Condition. Then set the drop-down to New Low with the Low Period set to 75 and Passing 1 of last 15 bars.

Bruce,

Is there a scan that would tell me that the Bollinger Band are ready to enter into the Keltner Channels?

Thanks

Tomkats,
I will start by noting that you appear to use TC2000 instead of StockFinder for any readers looking through this topic later. I mention this because the question was asked in a forum which is specifically about using RealCode in StockFinder.

The TTM squeeze revisited explores the TTM Squeeze indicator which is based on Bollinger Bands being narrower than Keltner Channels and can be used to determine when the Bollinger Bands might be inside the Keltner Channels.

That said, it is generally not possible to scan for something which will happen. It is only possible to scan for things which have already happened.

Thanks Bruce for your reply to my question on testing for new lows.  That was easy to impliment.  Have been using TC2000 and forgot what all SF can do...
