I need to write a few PCFs that deal with the balance sheet figures, retained earnings and stockholder equity.  Specifically, I need to compare the difference between yearly and quarterly figures (e.g   RE2012 - RE2011,  REQ12012 - REQ42011...and the same for stockholder equity)

I got the trial of TC2000 specifically to try to use it for these types of calculations in my scans.  To my surprise, they don't seem to be fundamental values that TC2000 tracks.

Does anyone know how to do what I'm looking for in TC2000 or does anyone know other software that would provide that capability?

Its a shame as I am a loyal freestockcharts.com user and would love to continue on with TC2000.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Joel

The Personal Criteria Formula Language does not have syntax for referencing fundamental data. In addition, TC2000 only keeps the most recent value of any fundamentals it carries. It does not have historical fundamentals. While both of these issues are addressed in StockFinder Platinum, it pretty much has the same fundamentals available as TC2000 with Zacks forecast and projection data added into the mix.
