Is there a method to identify and use the sub-industry and industry symbols (MG e.g. COST MG732 and MG730) for a specific symbol from within a real code program? I want to determine relative strength for each. I do not want to add the indicators to my layout in the form of panes.

I do not know of a way to get the Industry or Sub-Industry symbol itself in the current version of StockFinder (SF5), but you can select Import Indicator to reference an Indicator in your RealCode without Plotting it to get the data for the Industry or Sub-Industry (by using the desired Indicator that references the Industry already). You can also add the Indicator to the Chart to Drag and Drop it into the RealCode Editor and be able to delete the Indicator from the Chart once you have Saved your RealCode Indicator.

Thank you but I already understood what I could do. Please answer my question about the determination within real code of the MG symbols.

Imagaro,
Referencing an Indicator that uses the Industry or Sub-Industry is the only method I know of currently to indentify and use the Industry and Sub-Industry for a specific symbol within RealCode.
I mentioned the methods of which you were apparently already aware because they allow you to do so without having the Indicators in your Layout in the form of Panes as requested.
