I created a scan to match "Breaking Out to the Upside" per Peter Worden's video "Breakout, Breakouts"

The Value settings for both PCF's "Close versus MA40" and "Close versus MA40 Yesterday" as displayed in the video are not achievable

All formulation for PCF's have been tested and rechecked for accuracy.
Please furnish recommended settings for Telecan 2007.

I've asked around and nobody knows what video is being references for me to take a look. Can you give me the exact name of the video (assuming it isn't "Breakout, Breakouts") along with where you got it (is it on a CD or is it a web link)?

I'm suspecting that it is just that the EasyScan Rangefinder is going to have different values when different data is available and that you just want to get as close as possible, but cannot say for sure without actually seeing the video in question.

My suspicions were correct. It is just a matter of slightly different market conditions meaning you need to just select values that are as close as possible.
