 Could you please tell me how to download sorted data to a spreadsheet???

 I do not know of a way to export sorted data directly from TeleChart. While you can Export to Text and then load the file into a spreadsheet, the file will not be sorted (except possibly by date). Any sorting would need to be done in the spreadsheet.

Exporting data to text format - comma, space or tab delimited

You can print the Today's Prices Report (select Report | Today's Prices to bring up the Report) by selecting Report | Print from the Today's Prices Report's Menu. Left-clicking at the top of any of the Columns will allow you to Sort by that Column before Printing. If you print to a file, it should be possible (albeit circuitous) to import or copy that file into a spreadsheet.
