There is a Feb 17, 1998 note by Don Worden referenced in the help file that is no longer available in the software. For reference I am posting the note and the attached chart here for reference.

In recent days there has been much speculation as to whether or not the market’s current rally to new all-time highs is the final blow-off. A sucker’s rally, if you will. We certainly do not intend to provide you with an all-knowing, definitive answer to this question of potentially epic proportions. However, this chart representing the percentage of stocks 2 channels (2 standard deviations) above their 200 day moving average would appear to indicate a distinctive and rather stark loss of upside momentum among the stocks on the NYSE. The new market highs at points A and B were accompanied by a large percentage of stocks participating in the rallies. However, the pullback to point C saw a large number of stocks deteriorate quickly. Further, the current rally to new all-time highs at point D shows a significant lack of broad market participation.-DW

pegasis,
Just choose T2111 as the Active Symbol in TeleChart. It works just like a Symbol for a Stock or Index.
