I would appreciate any help on a PCF that would give the Bearish equivalent of the Bullish Stick Sandwich. My current PCF for Bullish Stick Sandwich is C2 > O2 AND C1 > O1 AND L1 > C2 AND C < O AND C > C2 * 0.98 AND C < C2 * 1.02 AND V > 3500

I really can only guess, but you might want to try something similar to the following:

C2 < O2 AND C1 < O1 AND H1 < C2 AND C > O AND C > C2 * 0.98 AND C < C2 * 1.02 AND V > 3500
